Testing Machine:

To ensure the device is triggered, have the front desk take a test payment and verify the machine lights up to take the payment. They can use TESTECW and put a $5 copay on the appointment, then run the card normally, without posting the payment to a claim. The machine will light up with the copay amount, meaning it is working. Cancel the transaction by tapping the red x on the machine and the front desk can close out of the appointment screen

They can enter a ticket on the service desk for the appointment to be deleted.
