Change Email Address in 1Password
This guide will walk your through updating your email address to match your sign-in for Microsoft 365 in 1Password.
Initial Sign-In
Go to 1Password and sign in with your current password:
Open My Profile
Go to My Profile on the right side under your name:
Change Email
Select Change Email on the left side:
Prompt for New Email
You will now be asked to enter your new email then select Send Confirmation:
Email Confirmation
You will now receive an email to the new email address containing a confirmation code as seen below. Take note of this code as it will be needed in the next step.
Confirm New Email
Back on your 1Password Profile, you will be prompted to confirm the code received in your email as well as your current 1Password password before proceeding to select Change Email Address:
New Email Change Complete
You can now confirm on My Profile that the new email address is shown under Email Address:
