How to give a PIC access to Archive Servers in Service Connect
- Log in to the Avita Service Connect Admin Portal:
https://avita.deskdirector.com/
- Choose Next:
- Choose Admin:
- In the Admin console choose Portal:
- Choose Contact:
- Then search on the PIC name.
- Click on the Name to get the details of this contact:
- Then choose Request Group Access:
- This will display the access forms they will need to create a ticket for Archive Server access.
- Fill out the access form and it will save automatically.
