RingCentral Issue - Headset not working

If you are having issues hearing someone on your headset while using RingCentral, you may need to enable the headset settings in the RingCentral App.

To fix this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Open RingCentral:
  2. Click Settings on the lower left hand side of the screen:
  3. Then click on Notifications & Audio Settings
  4. Scroll down to -> Headset Controls/or Management:
  5. Turn on the Manage switch if it is not on.
  6. Then click on Manage and you will see:
  7. Toggle the switch for Jabra to 'ON'
