Adding Phish Alert Button to New Outlook App

If you are using the New version of Outlook, you may have to manually add the Phish Alert Button (PAB) to New Outlook in order to report suspected phishing emails.
  1. To switch to New Outlook, Open up the Desktop Version of Outlook (Classic) and turn On the Toggle Switch for the New Outlook App:

  1. Once you flip that Switch on you will see this Pop Up:
  1. Click on More Apps:
  1. Click on Add Apps:
  1. Click on the Phish Alert V2 button :

  1. Click on Open:
  1. Click Through the Quick Tutorial, then click on Got It:
  1. This will bring you back to this window, Click on Mail Envelope:
  1. Open up the email. In the lower right-hand corner, you will see the Phish Alert.
