RingCentral MVP app and Jabra Headset Audio Resolution 

Customers unable to hear callers or have one-way audio when headset connected.
  1. Go to the Sound settings by Right Clicking on windows button:
  2. Then Choose Control Panel:

  1. Choose Sound:

  1. Verify audio settings in Windows are set to the default.

  1. Verify Audio setting in Ring Central are set to the default.

  1. Jabra Direct and Apply the settings that are in the screenshot below:

Make sure to click Apply.

  1. Then Test mic and speaker in Ring Central:

  1. Then have customer test with phone call.
