How to access Avita Service Connect and submit a ticket (Insight)

HOW TO ACCESS ASC AND SUBMIT A TICKET

Avita Service Connect (ASC) is a convenient portal for submitting, tracking, and updating IT Tickets at Avita. To access the system and submit a ticket, follow the steps below:

1.   Go to https://asc.avitarx.com/

2.  Enter your email address as shown in the screen below.

3.  Click on Next.

4.  You may get a window with this in it, please click on it.

5. You will then see the window below. Please select the 2nd option to ‘Sign in using password.

6. Click on Next.

7.  You will then be prompted to sign in. Use the password provided to you.

8. You are now in the ASC Portal. 

9. Click Contact Support in the left margin to create a new ticket. This will take you to the same place as the ‘New ticket’ button in the center of the screen or the ‘New' button on the right. Click on Hardware:

10.  Then select New Device Quality Check

11. Complete all the sections of the form. 

 12.  Click on Submit

13. Take note of the ticket # provided.

To see the status of your existing tickets, please navigate to the left margin of the main portal page. You will get a list of your open and closed tickets. Open tickets will show by default. You can click Closed to see your most current closed tickets.

14. You can now update any open ticket, see the status of your ticket, and see who the assigned Avita technician is.
