Accessing Avita Service Connect - External Partners

Avita Service Connect (ASC) is a convenient portal for submitting, tracking, and updating IT Tickets at Avita.

•             A consolidated view of all of your IT tickets in one place without having to sort through emails

HOW TO ACCESS ASC AND SUBMIT A TICKET

  1. Go to https://asc.avitarx.com/
  2. Enter your email address in the screen below.
  3. Click on Next.
  4. You may get a window with this in it, and please click on it.
  5. You will then get the window below. Please select the top option to sign in with Microsoft.
  6. You will then be prompted to sign in. Use your password.
  7. You may then see a screen like the one below. Select yes.
  8. You are now in the ASC portal! 
  9. To create a new ticket, click Contact Support in the left margin. This will take you to the same place as Create a New ticket in the center of the screen.
  10. To create a new ticket, you will select Accounts and Access
  11. Then select New ReveleMD User Accounts
  12. Complete the ticket fields as requested.
  13. If you click on Tickets in the left margin, you will get a list of your open and closed tickets. Open will show by default. You can click Closed to see your most current closed tickets.
  14. You can now update any open ticket, see the status of your ticket, and see who is assigned.
