Requesting Access to Archive Server
- The customer will submit a ticket through Avita Service Connect:
https;//asc.avitarx.com - They will click on Create a new ticket:
- Choose Software
- Then Archive Server Access
- Once inside that window, you will then fill out all the Questions required:
- Choose Submit
- The ticket will be updated once the server is powered on and ready to be accessed.
- Separate ticket will need to be created if customer needs Remote Desktop Application Installed.
