How to access EPIC through the OCHIN Remote Portal (Citrix Workspace App)
- When Epic is launched without the Citrix Workspace app installed, the customer receives a prompt for an Online Plug-in:
- Click the Gear Icon in the top right-hand corner and then About for more information on the app OCHIN Info.
- Click Download File for "Compatible with Windows 11, Windows 10, as well as Windows Server 2022", 20196:
- Install (Run as Admin):
- You may receive prompts below: Click OK to both:
- You will then see this Prompt. Click Yes:
- Click Continue.
- Click I agree, then click Continue:
- Keep all add-ons unchecked. Click Install.
- Once the installation is complete, have the customer relaunch Epic:
- Have the customer log in.
