Submit ERI Order and UPS Label

This is for sites not for WFH terms or replacements.
  1. Set Location and PO Number to the Site Number, such as 1051
  1. Set Contact at Pharmacy, but use YOUR phone number and email
  1. Select Next
  1. Select Add and Complete Order
  1. Copy Order No and Shipment ID
  1. Paste info in the ITAD ticket
  1. Identify the closest ERI Recycling Facility

  1. Add "ERI Recycling Facility" as a new entry in UPS
  1. Set Other Packaging with a weight of 10 lbs, and change the number of packages to match the number of boxes
  1. Set the Shipment ID, Ticket No, and Location to match the info
  1. Save Label as a PDF for sending to the site and attaching to the ticket
  1. Copy Tracking No for the ticket
  1. Paste tracking in the ITAD ticket
