Daily Preventative Maintenance Checklist
- Verify that the microphones are on the charger
- Setup microphones on the table
- 1 microphone at both ends
- 2 microphones in the middle of the table facing opposite ways, as indicated by red arrows in the image below:
Hold a test meeting using the Meet Now button
- Invite yourself
- Test the microphones in the room
- Test the speakers in the room
Weekly Preventative Maintenance Checklist
- Reboot the room’s Windows 11 PC, it is on the back of the right television.
- Click on the More … button
- Touch the Restart button
- Wait for the room to restart
- Conduct a test meeting using the Meet Now function
General Troubleshooting:
Microphones:
- If microphone lights are flashing red or green, there is a connection issue between the microphones and the WAP in the ceiling.
Controller or Computer Locked Up:
- If the controller or the computer becomes unresponsive, a force reboot of the Windows 11 PC on the back of the right television is required.
- Press and hold the power button on the computer.
- Once the computer is powered off, press the power button after a few seconds to turn on the computer.
