Removing Ring Central User Account from Call Queue Group

How to remove Ring Central user from a Call Queue Group 

  1. Login to Ring Central Admin Portal.

Note: You will need to remove the User Account from 2 Places within Ring Central Under 1) Under Call Queues for the site. 2) Under the User Group Memberships
  1. To Find what Call Queues the User is associated with you will need to Click on the Users Tab and Users with extensions, then Search for the User :
  1. Once you find the User account, Click the dropdown under Group Memberships.
Note: Take note of the Call Queues the User is associated with.
  1. Then Click On the Phone System tab, then Click on Groups, then Call Queues:
  1. Then Search on the Site Call Queues:
  1. Click on the Call Queue Under Call Handling & Members Search for the User Account.
  1. Once you find the User account, Click the dropdown under Group Memberships.
  • Clicking on the ellipsis (Three Vertical Dots):
  • Click Delete to remove
  • Save the changes
  1. Then you will remove the Call Queue Memberships within the User account.
  2. Click on the Users Tab and Users with extensions, then Search for the User.
  1. Once you find the User account, Click the dropdown under Group Memberships.
  2. To remove the Memberships
    • Click on the ellipsis (Three Vertical Dots):
    • Click Delete to remove:
    • Save the Changes
Once the User is removed from both the Site Call Queue and the User Membership to the Call Queues removed this task has been completed.
