Setup Dispill Printer Settings

  1. Verify the Windows Default Printer is set to the Dispill Printer:

  1. Check the Tray Settings are set on the Physical Printer:
Settings below are seen from a Konica Minolta and may looks different on other models. Generally, only a Konica Minolta will need these settings changed but will be same process for other models if altered or re-used device.
  • Tray 1 is 8 1/2 x 11 (A4 Letter) Plain Paper
  • Tray 2 is 8 1/2 x 14 (Legal) Thick 1

  1. Open "Configuration And Settings":

  1. Check Dispill is Set to Tray 2:

Go to Print Options > 32-Cell Labels

  • Set White Labels to 2
  • Check Reduce Ink Usage

  1. Check Windows Printer Properties is Set to same tray settings:
These settings are generally the same across printers but may be in a different place or look differently. Please see next step for 2 models that look slightly different.
  • Set Size to 8 1/2 x 14
  • Set Paper Type to Thick 1

  1. Check Windows Printer Preferences is Set to same tray settings:
These settings apply to a Konica Minolta and are needed to prevent an error message.
  • Set Paper Tray to Tray 2
  • Set Paper Type to Thick 1

These settings apply to a Lexmark and are needed to prevent an error message.
  • Set Paper Tray to Tray 2
  • Set Paper Type to Heavy

  1. Test Label with Test Patient

Go to "Patient Profile"

  1. Select Test Patient and select "Print Current":

  1. Print All Meds for Test

  1. Select Print:

  1. Review Print Preview and then Select Print Icon:
