Add New Departments to Aquera Orchestrations

This guide will walk you through adding New Departments to the necessary Tables under Orchestrations

Open the needed Aquera Orchestration

Select "Avita Production - Updates" to make these changes.

TIP: This will have to be done on all types, like Cloud Avita Production and all other orchestrations such as Onboarding or Full Update as well.

Open the Tables section

Select Tables at the top and then the needed Table to update

TIP: This will have to be updated on Users_OU_Department and Department_Values

Add a Row to Table

Select Add Row and then fill in the new row with Name ID and the Department Value as seen below.

Update Table

Next remember to Update the Table:

For Each Table

Repeat steps above for each needed Table:

Save Orchestration

After all Tables have been updated select Save Changes:

For Each Orchestration

Repeat Steps above for each needed Orchestration.
