How to enable automatic call recording for Ring Central Accounts

All new accounts need this feature turned on for the following sites: 1051, 1063, & 1040. It will be all sites soon, but not at this time.
  1. Login to Ring Central Admin Console
  2. Click on the Users tab, then Search on Customer Account, then Click on the user name to open up the account:
  1. Once you are in the account, Click on User Details, then Click Settings and Permissions, then Scroll down to Automatic Call Recording, and Click on the edit button:
  1. Then you can Check the box for Inbound or Outbound calling or both, then Click save:
