Assigning a Phone to Customer in RC

  1. Login to Admin Portal for Ring Central:
    https://service.ringcentral.com/application/adminHome/?post3rdPartyLogin=true
  2. Choose Phone System:

  1. Choose Phones & Devices , then User Phones:

  1. Then Search the Serial Number of the Physical :

  1. Click on the phone found:

  1. Click on Change Phone:

  1. Click on Existing Phone then choose Next:

  1. Then Search on the Person or Unassigned Phones:
  1. Choose which one is needed, then click on Next:

  1. Lastly, Choose Swap:

NOTE: If this customer still wants to use the Ring Central app as well, they can use the Web Version of Ring central. https://app.ringcentral.com
