Adding Paging to Ring Central Phone

  1. Login to Ring Central Admin Portal here: RC Admin Portal
  2. Click on the Phone System Tab:
  1. Since there are a minimal amount of Paging Groups setup you should able to find the group you are looking for quickly.

Example: 1063 Page

  1. Click on the Paging Group you will need to modify.
NOTE: You will need to Add both the Device and the Member to the Paging Group
  1. Click on Add device to group:
  1. Choose User Phone then Click Continue:
  1. Search for the Name of the device then Click Add:
  1. Click Members allowed to page this group.
  2. Click on Add Members:
  1. Click the member you want to Add and Click save:
NOTE: Call the customer and have them power cycle the phone, then have them test paging.
