Setting Up Phones to Flash when a call comes into the call Queue

This setup allows the Green Button to Flash as an indication that a call is coming into the Queue. Please ask the customer what call Queue is not Flashing.
  1. Login to Ring Central Admin Portal:

  1. Click on the Phone System Menu:
  2. Search on the Serial Number on the Ticket that is not Flashing Green when a call is coming in:
  1. Search for the Serial Number and the Ring Central will show who assigned to the physical phone:
  1. Click on Customer account, then Click on Devices and phones:
  1. Click on Presence:
  1. Click on Assign an Extension:
  1. Search for Site Call Queue that is Flashing when calls come in:
  1. Select the site and then click on Assign:
  1. Once Assigned, you will see it appear in the presence settings:
  1. Then Click on save:
  1. Call the Site to power cycle the phone and test.
