Ring Central – Adding Park Locations

  1. Login to https://service.ringcentral.com
  2. Choose Phone System:
  1. From the left side Menu Click on Park Locations

Search for the site number to Add or Remove an extension:

  1. Then Click on the parking queue, you want to add to (All users or extensions at a site should have 3 Park Locations)
    Example: 1040 Park 3
  1. Click on the add member button:
  1. Search for customer name in the search field:
  1. Select the customer you want to add and then Choose add:
  1. Once added you can then check the Park locations for the added entry.
  1. Go to Users, search on the customer needing the park locations, Click on Devices & Numbers, Click on Presence:
  1. This will show the presence on the phone :
  1. Use these steps to delete a customer from Park locations as well.
