Ordering Process
- SafeID Tokens are in Atlanta and Plano. Confirm with Procurement for stock level and have one shipped to the customer. Make sure to get serial number of the token prior to shipping.
Activation Process
- How to Upload SafeID Hardware Token to Azure AD
- The TXT/CSV is located in Teams O365 channel > Files > Deepnet OATH Tokens. Each CSV is password encrypted. The passwords are stored in 1Password in the Technology vault based on the original order location. Serial numbers are added in the notes of each 1Password entry, if you are unsure of which order they were purchased on.
- Then confirm with the customer that the activation has worked, and they are able to login. They will use the six-digit code on the token anytime they are prompted for MFA.
